In case of lost items!

Greetings, my friends!

I'm here to tell some important procedures in case some of you, unfortunately, lose something, by problems with our server. Thus, following these procedures, we can squash many efforts to recover the lost items.

1 - When you make a credit purchase, always take screenshots of the procedure performed as well as completion of that procedure. This way you will prove to purchase them.

2 - After making the purchase of an item on our site, please be sure to take screenshots of all items purchased in the historic shopping session.

3 - Immediately after it purchases, login your character and see if that item is present in your inventory. Take screenshots of your inventory and this item on it.

4 - After you exit and enter the game again, in some cases, we witness the loss of newly acquired item. If so, please take screenshots of your inventory without the purchased item.

5 - Finally, please contact us at the forum, post your complaint, the lost items as well as screenshots.

Such procedures are extremely important if you want to preserve their right of claiming a lost item. If we do not have images showing the purchase of the item, as well as the same in your inventory and the disappearance of that, we can not help.

I really hope that this topic will help and save many problems in the future.

Oh, be a GM!?

xD I think I need to learn so much thing yet, to be one GM one day! And we have great GMs and Moderators yet! ^^

I posted this just for help our friends, because I see a lot of people surpresed, with no SS of their inventory to show that they bought some items! This make the things hard for this people get it back!

I was talking with Bella and I think she will creat one better topic about this, but I psoted just to advance this!
