In-Game Beauty Album Portraits?

As the title, some portraits in the beauty album are screenshots in the game and not from the character creator. I wanted to show off my character doing a pose with a "busier" background. For the life of me though, I can't figure out how people do this nor have I seen a guide for it. Changing your personal character portrait? Easy, swap the image in FaceTexture folder. Beauty Album though? Swapping the image in the temp folder does nothing and I sure as heck don't know what program even opens the .bdc file next to it or if it has anything to do with the image at all really...

So how would one go about uploading screenshots into the character portrait?
