In Game loading times

So i played on the NA Server for like half a Year now while living in the EU and i always had a Ping of around 100 but that was no Problem at all. Now for a week or so when i log in to game and stand in Velia or whereever my charackter is i have to wait around 1 Minute until i see NPCs etc and if i try to speak to someone like the Storage NPC it takes another Minute until i can interact with him and when i open my Storage it takes another minute until my Items are loaded and i can move them around. There was no update or anything and sometimes everything works fine but about 70% of the time this Problem occours and i dont know what to do.
