Resolved incorrect username or password.

i keep getting the incorrect username or password warning on launcher i made shure to not use any caps on the username or pass tryed clicking the remember on/off doesn't seem to change anything even made another account to see if i had did something wrong and it has given me the same error saying incorrect username or password both the account's were confirmed though email so i don't know what could be causing this any tips?

 

Keeping in mind the capitalization while creating the account, the user name must begin with a capital letter, so try that when logging in, as well as having the "remember" box ticked.

 

didnt think i had any caps in the name but i guess the p and z were caps and now i can log in ty
