Increase Acquisition rate by +0%​

Bug Description:

I currently have 1865 gathering mastery in lumbering or mining.
When i hover over the mastery in the professions i see the first 6 stats properly but the last one stays at 0% no matter what, i asked around and some people said i may need to use a magic tool to increase that.

I tried that and again it did not work.

Am i doing something wrong?

you dont need to do anything to recreate that.​
