Carl I need To Know why in duel Dsr and Hp Not Work i can Lose duel if i have FO set coz the strongest 2 option Not Work Plz Fix This Problem

Look I play Aion for some time now and this server is one of the bests that I played, but I found a little problem with asmodian campaign quest "Guardian Spirit". The problem appeared when I returned to deliver the results to the NPC Tofa, but the man just won't stand still, not even when I manage to open the dialog box; he just keep going, and walk up the mountain wall, and simply doesn't stop. So I ask this: is it a bugged main quest, or is it just today that this quest got a problem?
