Inggison Quest - These shoes are made for stalking...... RECIEVED NO BOOTS!!!

Spent the past 2 days getting the 30 leafs for this quest. Turned them in including the 50,000 this morning got the Experience and bag of stuff but received no Inggison's Brogans Boots.... When I turned everything it just wants me to start the quest all over?!? Help

Quest is in Inggison -> Temple of Scales -> Siaqua (she gives the quest)

Im on the Lumiel Server and my Characters name is " Paschar "


Is there any way I can please get these boots or is it a bug thats not gonna let me have them, I dont want to half to do this quest twice for no reason....:sick:

 

UNfortunately, its a repeatable you have to do, i think 10 or 30 times, in order to receive the boots.
