Initialization of 'X' threw an exception but have .NET Framework 4.5

As the title states - trying to install GamezBD on a different computer (different, but the exact same computer - specs/OS, etc), but it keeps tossing this error at me. I have .NET Framework 4.5 installed, but it just won't work. I need to switch computers as my other one is dying slowly and it's irritating me. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I did all that before posting. As it turns out, the other computer needed some work done to it, so I fixed it up, and now the problem's solved. Looking forward to playing without massive lag spikes - my graphics card on this PC is crapping itself lol.
