Initialization of 'X' threw an exception The application is terminating

Everytime i try to start the launcher i get this msg


And I tried to install the latest framework
installed the latest windows update
deactivated my windows defender
deactivated my anti virus
restarted my pc a couple of times

And nothing, nothing works I went through almost the hole forum with people having the same problem but the solution they had never worked for so I am out of ideas now and no clue what to do about it

 

Which windows/antivirus do you have?
