Initialization of 'xxx' threw an exception error

I downloaded the framework, but when I open the client it says updating and them maybe 5 seconds later it automatically closes and pops up with that message, My anti virus has been turned off so I do not know what the issue could be.

 

I also got that error message when playing on computer rental shops (internet cafe) that have limitations on the logged in user.
You need UAC (User access control) access on running the gamezbd launcher, unless that UAC is off then it should be good.
I had to talk to the shop owner to have it installed and eventually more people played the game before I left there, not sure now though but I am hoping those players are still playing gamezbd.
Looking forward on the remastered BDO, hoping it will be available here as well.
