injustice

i was ban for speedy bug, i saw the vid it really look like Sh, but that was speed bug, you char will move fast then aftr that your pc will hang then you will get dc, until now my accnt is still ban, Am said that they already made a decisions, so its means they cannot correct their the decision even is not right? i dont even think if they are investigating this kind of bug, knw many accnt in aion encounter this kind of bug also, i was one of them, but sad to say i was ban for that bug,
