Installation

    I have it downloading and every time I try installing it from NCsoft it gets around 36% and says error.
    I've tried turning off my firewall and restarting the installation but it doesn't work. Anyone know how to fix this?

    Edit: If it helps at all it says "Access to the path is denied." when i get the error.
