'Interception'

i just downloaded BDO and im getting the Error
Please close 'Interception' before starting the game
Now i checked all over the forum and i found solution about deleting every keyboard or mouse simulating app , i went through my computer and i dont have any , but i still getting the same problem , the keyboard.sys and mouse.sys cannnot be deleted for some reason
pls i need help i wanna play this game

They talked about teamviewer or any similiar remote desktop software that might be running while starting game. At the end there is a solution to delete the drivers too, though I have not tested.
