IP Ban Appeal for Kuirei

This link http/forum.gameznetwork.com/showthread.php/64410-Assasin-bug-HIDE-in-inggison!!?highlight=kuirei shows no evidence that I am attacking someone. I was just scouting around when suddenly they attacked me coz they saw me using all seeing.A friend of mine told me that its ok to use bug in pve not in pvp coz he asked Zodake about it. Do you think will i use this bug on pve if I knew it is forbidden to use? Besides the screen shot shows I did not attacked anyone.

I was reading the rules for sanctioning a bug user http/forum.gameznetwork.com/showthread.php/54573-GAMEZ-High-Rate-Servers-Official-Game-Punishments. Well it came to my noticed that my 1st punishment were over-done. My character should be jailed for only 1 hour (stated at No. 9) but my character spent 3 hours inside the jail. Take note, that was his 1st sanction for being reported as bug user. And now, my character is ip banned! Hey! The link above with screen shot was supposedly his 2nd report for being a bug user. 2nd offense stated that a character will spend 3 hours in jail. In fact, there's even no 1st report of him as bug user in pvp. But in my case my charater is banned in ip. Hello! You guys knows how to count? Can you do an investigation first before putting a sanction?

My character should be free at this moment for I am always online 8 hrs even more than that. But how can he be freed up if he is banned in ip? OMG! I am appealing for this is his 2nd report as bug user (well i consider it 2nd report for being bug user coz he was jailed once). Therefore, he should be spending 3 hrs only inside the jail.

I hope you do something on this situation. I just don't know if you deal with the SM with 63K damage roaming around Sanctum?... Hhhhmmm...

Anyways, hope to hear form you soon. And since i cannot log in my character due to ip banned, I am hoping that he is freed up already when he's approved to unbanning. I am not asking for consideration but technically this is 2nd report of bug user which entitled me to have 3 hours in jail but not ip banned.
