IP Ban?

It's been like 3 days now, and you guys still can't give me an answer as to why I cannot connect to the server?

He says my IP is not banned, but I STILL CANT CONNECT....

I'm not in a Cafe, I'm using my home pc, and home connection. But I guess I'll wait and see, not like I have a choice..

Idk, but I'm really tired of jackin with it and getting the run around. Either it's banned or it's not..If it is, unban it like Alente said he would..simple as that. I'm really close to just saying screw it and update to 2.0 and go to IA

I understand your frustration, but there are only a very few people who can help you (like Alente).

But when they say that they dont understand the problem either (that seems to be the case here) then all you can do is wait and hoping for a positive answer... or move on.

 

I'm not sure what level of intellect it takes to understand the problem I'm having (Not calling the mods or GM's stupid). My account was hacked, the person that stole it was """Advertising""" on one of my characters, got it banned. I tried logging in, and it said I cant access game through my IP. I made a BRAND NEW account, just to make sure it wasn't an account only ban, still couldn't connect. Alente said he would unban my IP, then comes back and says it's not banned but I STILL CAN'T CONNECT, still getting same IP error. So, it's either banned and their saying it's not so eventually I'll just get fed up with it and go someplace else, or there is a problem and their really not being as much help as they could be to help me resolve it. Isn't that their job as Mods/GM's? I'm pretty sure this would fall somewhere under the Troubleshooting/Customer Service...

I would honestly appreciate it if you Mods/GM's would actually try to help me resolve this issue other than replying with the same exact shit but phrased differently every time in hopes I'll just forget about it..

If i've got the wrong impression about anything..please, feel free to correct me and oh I dunno, help me resolve this..

Again, not trying to be a dick or anything, but i'm just really irritated with the lack of customer service that I've witnessed on more than 1 customer.

 

Your IP can connect now however we cannot reverse a ban placed on an account for advertising spam regardless of situation.
