ip banned?

    ok so, i woke up on a happy saturday morning, sun shined through the window as it normally does. Grabbed my laptop, opened gamezaion and logged in. I played for a while then restarted my client because i couldn't see speech bubbles, then as i went to log in again...BAM IP banned. I dont know what i did. Anyone tell me whats goin on? is it illegal to stand in sanctum and be afk? if so tell me >.<
