IP problem

is it me or it seems the voting system doesn't have IP restriction? i voted at the net cafe where my friends were playing since they claimed that none of them voted for the past 12 hours, i logged in on my brother' account and I managed to vote for his account a few minutes after i did mine..(if this counts as multivote, i promise I didn't know it was gonna work) then one of my buddies also managed to vote few hours later..im sure none of them use IP changer, even if they did that is is not the case, cause i did not use any program when i voted for both my account and my brah..

Like i said, if i get banned for this, i sure hope that this will be enough of an appeal that i pointed this problem out.. good luck.....to me. lol

Well, after the new vote system was applied, there have been some bugs with it. I haven't tried if there is IP restriction or not, but I can tell you for sure that in order to vote I had to refresh the same page like 10 times to make it work and to see the credits added. Some other voting sites seem not to work at all, since no reward was credited.
