Is is possible to get a cash refund for an item i bought from the webshop?

    I just wanted to see if I have any option to gift a pet from the webshop .. i saw no gift option in the main page and i thought that after i press Buy it's gonna give me the option to gift it or ask me if i'm sure that i want to buy that item.. but it just bought the pet instantly and i wasted 1000 cash.. i don't want that pet.. it's in my pearl inventory, i didn't register it

    If the option to send a gift doesn't appear next to the purchase, it means the item can't be sent as a gift.
    Currently the gift option is available with cash only.

    As for the your question, I'm sorry but we don't refund cash/pearls/items due to player' mistake. Be more careful next time and if you're unsure about something, just ask one of the staff members to avoid the inconvenience.
