Is it possible to gear up on this server without buying everything in the cash shop?

i have 6 chars fully geared abg SEts, SW sets and Guardian Primus set, let me know if ur interested sileria, to somehow ease ur disappoinment!

I'm probably getting warned for reviving this thread (Thought idc much, as long as someone reads it).. Something should be done about this..

I'm pretty sure many players feel identified with this. It kind of sucks not being able to get ABG by normal means.
I'll summarize it up:

ABG --> - Can't get it via AP, it's voting or donating => I'm sure this encourages people to play at CA (Sarcasm).
--> - If voting, It's like a month to get one piece (Doubt a lot of people will wait 5 months for it).
--> If donating, it's nearly 80 dollars => 1$ is 100 credits. 1 ABG piece is 1500 credits => 7500 credits for the whole set (No accesories or such), ergo 80 dollars.

Also: - I think (not sure) the AP issue affects some other AP sets.
- Tac is unachievable by normal means, it's bugged (You can't enter the place to get it); only way to get it is via events.

So as I said, i'll prob get warned due to reviving an old post; but, someone should do something about it.
If you mean CA to be retail-like, make AP retail-like aswell.

Donation rewards could be different.. As many sets are "unattanaible" (Noble horned dragon due to the long time it's takes making it/Tac, can't get it due to an entrance bug), making you unable to get ABG is actually disencouraging people to join.

Of course, there's always a small percentage of players that will donate for it; but what happens with the players that can't afford to pay?
I'm guessing some people will say: Vote. It's an option, yes, but it takes 3+ months to get the full set, in that time, many people will get bored.

I'm dead sure: If you enable us to get ABG => Better PvP => Better server => Population Raise => More donations.
Otherwise we can keep it like this: No ABG => Same unbalanced PvP => Players get bored => Quit => Population Decrease.

 

This won't be a problem. I host a lot of unscramble the word, hide and seek, and other non pvp events.
I just came back to crystal like 2 days ago. That might help you out a bit.

Also I don't use my old characters besides my glad. Your welcome to their equips what I can trade of them. Also if you need a tank I got a 55 glad with good equips just let me know.

I'll be on Kubamacht the most out of my characters. If I'm not on them I'll be on Mem or Noch.

Unfortunately I won't be on today much since I have to work on my sisters computer. But I'll be on most of late tonight into tomorrow afternoon.

 

OT: Absolutely! u can get similar or even better than ABG though crafts. ie plate set is very good

The only problem is: people don t craft...they never sell materials at brokers they never loot the materials from the mobs they kill...
and this server in terms of crafting is a x1(ok but u get mats more easy)
We need more determined crafters and perhaps a coordinating crafting legion.
Craft is very easy and can be done while u r sleeping

 

Heh i got schocked too! atleast i got my country mate who got good heart and he helped me a bit with master items i got em for free but mostly yeah none doing instances just like lamers sitting and dueling each other in the big citys and in all day time i soe maybe 3 pt for any instance and about SW that instance works ? i heard teleport where u can get to Stormwing is buged

 

Hey guys to be cleared Carl its having ppl (in forums that want's to help him in codeing the instance and the full drop's of Besh and SW) but as far as i see he doent reponse back to the ppl thats want to help this game.........

 

TP to sw works as retail. u need to do his q series to use the portal but only one gm is needed to actually completed it. I did the qs been to sw killed oce but i can t reenter the portal somehow does t recognize me as an achiever...

Furthermore the droplist in BT is not completed or bugged so it drops same things all the time and some things are missing. Of the eteral items the oly things that drop are

Macunbello-Sw plate gloves
Flarestorm-flarestorm's sword and the 2 SW shields

Non of the Beshmundir sets can be completed allthough set bonuuses are also buged

 

well man... it will take too long but its ok.. you will not be noticed that ur really gear up.. cause there is so many.. i mean MANY things you can do here...
