Is mail bug?

I mailed my accessories on my other character because i got no more space on my treasury. But I wasn't able to get it until now. Been waiting for around 24 hours... What happened?

 

are you sure you checked the name of the account/character?

 

It's on the same account. And yes i checked it. I also did send on myself (Rhaizen). And it really didn't come. How to retrieve those items? >.>

 

Maybe the Email today got delayed that much lets just need to wait for it.. just try to open up your account leave it there and just wait..

 

Omg. Guess what. I tried it on my other characters and mailed an item and with no time wasted i already received it. Maybe there's also a character that also had the same name like mine? How can I retrieve the items? :O

 

Maybe you putted something wrong in the name you will be sending ..

 

I used that character (Rhaizen) to send a mail on himself (Rhaizen) how can I be mistaken? I tried express mail and non-express. It works on my other characters. But on Rhaizen. It can't. Omg.

 

ohh.. Well try to wait again... if it didnt work try to report it.. wait ill ask someone to help you with this..
