Is night vendor working?

Just that I only seem to get hards and sharps; so I'm wondering if it's working properly or if I'm just getting RNG-ed lol.

My plan is to increase energy to max but might not be so driven to do that if night vendor isn't implemented properly yet .

NV works properly. No issues.

 

guildmate just got kouple of zarkas, bhegs, and the other pair of gloves that i dont remember name ,... so it may just be bad RNG on your side

 

Ah thanks for that. I can live with RNG. Now I have extra incentive to get my knowledge/energy up.

 

Yeah I can confirm that the Blackmarket Vendor (Nightvendor is not the name) is working, however the RNG can be quite an infinite number of fails in succession. I have gotten several yellow items from Patrigio but I have also had the horribly overwhelming experience of having +95 FS for a single TET, so yeah the RNG could be working more Randomly and less as if it is storing numbers of successes and failures and then making a decision based on that instead of it actually being random
