Is Rangers pretty much useless?

In siel maybe. i have yet to see one in lumiel..

 

They are even more op on lumiel >_> only thing that bards have to fear are sins.

 

I just have to say that if you got to know your own class. You don't just use that class with no reason.

Tips: (Even I don't know what I'm saying)
1. Skill Combo - should have know your own combo, you can't kill a player if you don't know your own skills
2. Buff Combinations - should know how to use and combine buffs (especially rangers)
3. Manastones - should have good build on manastones
4. Gear and Weapon - you wouldn't succeed on those three above if you don't have decent gear

Not really gear has very little to do with it most of the time.

For Aion it's like: Ping > Skill > Gear > Build xD

 

What is the ideal ping for a fast pased class?

No, not really, I used to play bard when it came out on Gamez on 4.0 but I deleted it coz I got bored, but, Im going to try it again, I also got bored on gunner so Im going to replace the gunner w/ bard.
