Is the Player transfer serves bug?

I use my 1,500 credits to transfer my lumiel character to siel server and my account in lumiel didnt transfer in siel server

 

maybe u didnt follow the instructions, i just transfer 3 days ago and it works perfectly on me

 

as far as i know player transfer service not bug...u may refered to SAM about ur problem..

 

The character transfer is working fine if you follow all the rules correctly.
There might be some reasons why your transfer got stuck.
1) You didn't follow the rules correctly.
2) You should have at least 2 boxes free in your inventory, if it is full your transfer will get stuck.

Now that your transfer didn't work, I am redirecting this thread to SeniorAM, so that they will refund your credits back.

by the way the name of that Char is Prophet

 

Is that with or without the special cube taken into account, considering the space is shared and 2 empty inventory slots + 2 items in special cube is equivalent to a full inventory.

Still wonder what their issue is, if they know this specifically why it doesn't work, they could have fixed it by now.

 

Special cube should be absolutely empty.

 

it works but you must only take with you 2 bundles of power shards.
