Is the quest Crushing the conspiracy bugged??

    is it bugged? cause i made a new character.. i usually do that quest with all my characters cause it's a bit important.. but this time it didn't work properly. when i enter that place where I'm suppose to destroy the abyss gate defeat the mobs leader, i enter but there's nothing there, no mobs, and that thing in the middle the one you activate to destroy the gate, it's not there too. so anyone having the same problem? is it bugged? or is it just my aion?
