Is the Title:Seeker working?

Hi guys!Is this title working? Because it says there that it gives +20 pvp attack and defense which means it gives 2% pvp attack and defense(I saw it from the last Black cloud trader shop). It costs 1k credit, I think it has a good effect if it is working(for dueling) but ofc wheeler dealer or Honorary black cloud is really the best title. My friends told me back when we're still in 1.5 patch that it isn't working, I tried to google it but I find this title on retail and it's only for 7days, but here you can have it forevah. So I think it's a good title to have aside from Daddy long legs and honorary/wheeler dealer.

 

From what I knew, it's working.

 

It's a waste of 1k credit if I bought it and it's not working -.-

The title sure did help.
But i agree with Poizon, as far as i'm aware it still does but i'm sure one of the testers or someone with really good knowledge can let you know

 

it's 2% And yeah, as much as insignificant it is, it's working properly.

 

it works.. i have the fixer .. but the +20 is 2% pvp attack and defence
