is the website have problem????

im using mobile phone to vote, in past months the website has loading really fast, but now the vote reward page always in server timeout...but the homepage loads good....just the vote reward page fails...and in random situation the vote reward page loads good, but the 2nd link (just now, dont download and in the past days it needs to be voted 2-3 times before it gives tolls) and the 4th link votes for spiritmu and in return you toll is given...
