Is there anyway to mod the game?

I've seen that in black desert NA you can mod the game using a meta patcher, it changes the appearances of characters and allows you to edit costumes further.
I was gonna use it to give a better body shape to the male mage class, since it can't be really strong physically like the Ninja class or Warrior, but it always fails to inject the modded files.
So there's no way to make the meta patcher to work somehow? I know that people also use mods for making the characters naked which is a choice lol but that's not why i want it for. So I wonder if anyone were capable of modding the game before.
