Is this a bug or a problem with my copy of Aion?

    I was just wondering if certain quests not loading was a bug or a problem with my Aion?

    Nope it's not a problem with your client. Quest is simply not working

    Yeah 1st entry quest for Kromede's trial on Elyos side still doesn't work untill now (just did the quest few hours ago).. tried it also during 4.7.

    Moreover on Asmodian side 1st entry quest for Kromede does work but the 2nd entry quest doesn't

    If it's not working from 4.7 as you said and its still not fixed till now well it's kinda hard to say if it will be fixed or not in the future.
