    beluslan is a non flying zone...but with these two elyoses got inside alukina's palace??can they go inside using the portal?? just a question..

    You are not allowed to be flying in a no fly zone hence (no flyzone) only places your allowed to fly is around aether fields(extracting aether).But from your ss you have posted you too are flying so i think this area is a fly zone not a no fly zone.

    what he is trying to imply is that why the heck did these elyos guys even manage to go inside Alukinas... well, same as you do. we use the teleport system to go inside. ^^

    It's in Alukina's palace which is a fly zone, so its allowed.

    So long as they stay in Alukina's palace they're not breaking any rules. If you see them flying anywhere else other than near the main fortress howerver, then then its punishable.
