Issue staying in game

Hi, every time I try to connect to the game, I get to the character selection screen, so far so good, Select the char and try to connect.
The part I always get stuck at is when I just see the interface and I see the background but not my char and then I get an error message saying "otcbuildclient32_woGG has stopped working".
I have repaired the client, downgraded to 2.7.01 or whatever the version is in the post on this forum, and still nothing. The funny thing is other private servers work and I've already played on gamez aion before 2.7 update and it worked fine.

 

Does that happen with all of your characters?

 

Sounds like your character is stuck.

Log into GamezAion.com Then click character unstuck request.

Normally that is what happens sadly x.x

 

Well the account was a new account cause I never found my old account but I took your advise. I created a new account, with another char and even changed server. Same issue. While were at it is it normal that my client parts of it is in korean, like when u try to delete a char the message it gives is in korean.

No...because it needs to be processed. You have to make the request then wait.

 

How long exactly do you think an unstuck request should take??

 

depends on when a S.AM or higher is available to process them.

I'm currently a tad busy sadly x.x

 

Eh dont worry about it. I can be patient lol.
