Issues going to mediah

everytime i get close to mediah or surrounding areas my game just closes. i have to reset my character to velia from website and ive tried all the fixes listed on forum with no solution. i reinstalled the game twice / reinstalled my Operating system / shut down all my virus and defenders / cleared my cache on both games and system / anyone have any ideas

sucks because i have to wait 30mins to reset my character to veila

 

Did you do a force check?

 

Yeah, Force-Check is your friend, but just remember to make a backup of your screenshots and other stuff you wanna keep from the GamezBD-folder in Documents.
