issues with flying

    hi i've just started playing and im having issues with mage being unable to fly and some of my friend says i might have not dlded some files correctly? how do i fix this reinstalling again? and some times my mage gets a bug whr my spells dunt work and i have to relog then it works does this only happens with mage class? hlp appreciated greatly
