Item and trade trace for hack account

Is there a way to trace trade of a certain char or account, one of your friend account got hack and hes items are stolen, can admin or high ranking gm trace hes account trade?

Not sure if in Aion, each items got its own serial numbers which makes it possible to detect/trace the item through Admin panel since I know in some games each items got serial numbers.

Tracing someone's item if possible as well tracing the hacked account's last registered IP I guess takes time to be done that is why maybe the higher staffs do not resort to this at all since we have a rule, your account and items are your responsibility.

 

I am fairly...sure that, we've been over this multiple times and recently even.

While, it would be possible. Accounts are secure unless you happen to give out your information, use a third party program, play in an unsafe / unknown environment (pc bang, cafe, etc. where key loggers could be in use), enter account information into any website other than GamezAion.com or CrystalAion.com.

 

Mam puddles can you at least check what time the account was log in before hes items got stolen? That way we will have an idea who hack our friend account,

 

this was the main reason of SAM's in my case way back when someone tried to edit and SS of me doing RMT ironically with 3 GM's below on gmlist. >.> I got banned, but unbanned for the reporter give insufficient details and he cannot deny that I was on vacation the moment he made the SS, they traced the last time i logged in and what IP, possible to track. And my bro and bf new my account info's, but too odd to suspect since we live in the same house together, had a fair trial though, thanks to my vendetta.

Normally people log into the game and realize their items are gone, making it impossible for us to. =/

In your case. The account was locked before you had gotten to log back in. And the GM Logs were checked for log-in times. Which would be why you were unbanned on that occurrence for bad evidence =)

Can't, at least I can't. Though even so like I said. There are very few options on how an account becomes compromised.

SAM said that they could but if your friend logged it in after his items are stolen, then it would be impossible to trace.Since theyll be tracing his IP instead of the hacker's IP.

 

That is as far as I can see, I am sure with out much doubt that Admins could see further of course.
However. I doubt anything will be done as, account security is of course the players responsibility.
