item cannot be enhanced with caphras

I have a kzarka in tri, use caphras and I raised it to level 20, when I try to force the enchantment to tet, it tells me the following: item cannot be enhanced, it has 100% durability, I don't know what the problem is.

 

Caphras force-enhance is disabled on this server (this fact should really be mentioned in the server description, but still is not despite numerous cases like yours) . So you can only extract caphras stones using a blacksmith NPC losing 15% of them and several millions of of silver, and either try to sell them (which is nearly impossible with 520k of them on the market currently), or save for PEN gear which is the only where they should be used.

 

when was this any official information on it ? post alerts or GM statements this is the first im hearing about it
