    Bug Description:
    at crescent shrine, I am constantly getting ui pop-ups for dropped black weapon stones, soiled crescent rings, scroll written in ancient language, ect. and check my inventory and see very little compared to how many pop up on screen. uncertain if there's a problem, its worse with kamasylve's buff activated.

    *Edit: kept inventory open and can see nothing adding to my inventory and overlapping my previous items to make them shine like they were new drops.*    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    farm mobs around crescent shrine.​
