item extraction to enchantment suggestion

    since success rate is low could you turn item extraction more on level60+ everytime we break a lvl 55 item? cuz we dont have a high level stone like level 140 or 150 and since greater supplements are not availble.. enchanting an item today is so hard i cant even enchant my "abg armor" to level5 which is so irretating... hope this will be implemented
