Solved Item refund

Hello, I purchased 7 of the Halloween boxes and traded the 7 tokens in thinking the Halloween outfit box was the new one with the floating hands, but it was the costume class swap one. I already have it on the character the box is on, and wanted to know if I could exchange it for another class as having a dupe is useless and the outfit can't be sold on the MP

You may storage the "Halloween Outfit Box" and open it with another character.
However, if you have opened, it won't be possible to change for another class.
The Event and Item descriptions have all kind of informations, that's why it's important to read and research when playing games like BD. That said, we don't give refunds for players mistake.
Also, there is a comment of mine in the Topic Event showing every Outfit available in "Halloween Outfit Box".
