Item Reimbursals

    Hi there everyone!

    In light of recent promotions that've happened (Hurray to both Puddles and Myself, since no official thread got made or anything!), I'm happy to say that we're able to do Item Reimbursals now! This comes from - Any current bug *Popular ones still are armsfusion, godstone equip, and remodeling*.

    1. So Vil, what do I do to get my items reimbursed?

    This is actually a couple step process.

    Step one: PLEASE take video of your character BEFORE you do anything of armsfusions, godstonining, or remodeling. PLEASE leave the video running the entire process, as you'll make it extremely easy for us to do, and we'll be happy to help.

    Step two: Upload your entire video, if you have one, to any popular video site. Youtube, or Xfire are a few popular and free ones.

    Step three: Post it here, using the following format below

    Step four (Mostly applies to screenshots, but the beginning to videos as well): Wait until either Puddles or myself approve it. If we do, it will NOT be instant, but no more than 72 hours per person.

    2. Vil, I can't record video! Can I still get my stuff reimbursed?!

    Of course! This will take a slight bit more work though for us to feel properly satisfied. I'll explain how to do such.

    Step one: Type /time, and take a screenshot of the ORIGINAL pieces. Both, the remodeled piece, AND the piece you're remodeling.

    Step two: Type /time, and take a screenshot of you IN THE REMODEL/ARMSFUSION/GODSTONE WINDOW, showing you're about to do the process.

    Step three: Type /time, and take a screenshot of the prompt, asking you if its acceptable to do such.

    Step four: Type /time, and take a screenshot of AFTER YOU HIT OKAY on the prompt. Be sure to show us that the item actually didn't work as intended.........

    Step five: Upload your pictures to a website. DO NOT USE FACEBOOK TO UPLOAD PICTURES, acceptable means are - imageshack, kepfetoles, photobucket, to name a few.

    Step six: Post them here, in the following below format, then wait for Puddles or Myself to approve.


    3 - Vil, my item was approved for reimbursal but I didn't get it yet, and its been over 72 hours?! What gives!

    We're sorry it took longer than expected, if you'd be so kind to send us a PM, saying who approved it, along with a link to us approving the items, we'll be happy to get on it soon as we can!

    4 - Vil, my reimbursal was denied! I have more proof, please help!

    If we do not approve it, and you have more proof, you may send either of us that answered your request a PM with additional information, so we may make a call based on that

    5 - What happens after we get our items back?

    You can use them however you wish! Puddles and I will clean the thread here, as we go, accordingly. We WILL also document any and every reimbursal, behind closed doors of course, so we can prevent abuse of the reimbursals.

    6 - Villy, why do we have to type /time in EVERY screenshot?

    This is pretty simple really. What typing /time does, is verifies that you're doing everything in a timely manner, and not just going and removing the items in the warehouse then coming back and claiming that the items are missing. We WILL be checking into every screenshot request made.

    7 - Vil, I finished my proof, WHERE do I post this?

    In this thread. Its unlocked for a reason =) Any posts/private messages elsewhere, as of 6/22/13, will NOT be handled due to failure to follow instructions.

    The format that we want for uploading proof is as follows.

    Your character name:
    Server:
    Estimated time of occurance (This one is used so we can pinpoint just WHY it happened, and see about fixes in the future):
    Proof type: (Video or screenshot)
    Proof:

    Reimbursed means getting refunded of your items due to bugs, right? :D

    @Vildiil Thanks, finally xd I still think you should link this thread in the login screen news feed though since people won't come here until they have a problem and when they do, they won't have all this proof you just described.

    Wasn't that already allowed to us to do?
    Why gamez don't try to fix this bug, I guess it's pretty much annoying for AM'S to deal with everyone remodeling problems. WELL 1st of all people would try to get the originals of everything, imagine i have Cute Denim dress remodeled on cloth and with this thing i just wanna get the original to sell, so imma remodel it on any tunic i have and then sell it later.
    But anyway good job.

    Just to be clear, I've denied 3 item reimbursals, that WOULD HAVE BEEN ACCEPTABLE, had they been posted here. OP pretty clearly states not to send them to me in forum PM.

    Can you guys give out quest items for bugged campaign quests? Cause i have one for 'Will the Aether Rain' on Elyos side, used the Balaur Disguise (182206620) while the quest was still bugged, and now I'm stuck with it D:
