Items bought from Items Shop

I donated $20.00 AUD (in two payments of $10.00 AUD) to this server today, where I then used the 2000 credits I received to buy 30 L100 enchantment stones. However, the enchantment stones have yet to appear in my inventory, and are not recorded in the items history on the website for your account.
