Item's bugging out when looting.

Currently at this moment you can loot one item several times from one body as-long as it's not a stack-able item.

And to prove I didn't kill multiple mobs, I expanded my chat, and made it more noticeable in the second pic.

Anyway, hope this get's fixed soon. We don't want the game getting screwed over because of people getting 40 anuhart sets in one run. (Putting this in worst case scenario)
