Items.pak problem

it seems that not all items in my account are tradable..

i am VIP right not and i have the version I of the items.pak. i was able to trade off my GPP leather set for a APP cloth set but when i tried to grab my tahabata's orb from my sorc to give it to my SM i cant put it in my account WH, cant send it through mail, cant even trade it...

then i notice this:

the top one still has the limitations compared to the photo below


can anyone help me fix this..

P.S.: i did everything smartik wrote down on his guide

 

VIP or Not You cannot trade fused/Combined weapons, solution for this is to Arms Break.
