Iten desapear!!!

Good night, today, I was playng AION and I sell a earring for 3b, and with the money I buy a Tahabata spear +15 with 5x attack +5, and wen I equip it, 5 mins after, the server have down, and wen I relog, my Spear has desapear and and my Kinah was not back, what can I do to get the spear back?? I buy it on the broker. My computer specs: Intel core 2 quad Q8400, GF 9800GT, 3GB ram, 500 HD, thx for all.

 

Wel there aren't much you can do unless you have some evedence of that you have the spear.
Like a screen shot or something.
