if sorc use Boon of Quickness I
and Magic Boost I
then yes it's possible...

 

then with that you can reduce a cast time of 4 sec. to 0 sec. ???

 

for asmo sorc yes for elyos u need word of quickness from chanter

 

with these 2 skills and greater Awakening Scroll i have 0.1 cast time
but although i think it's weird to do it on same second.

 

if hes asmodian, yeah, its more than possible, if hes elyos, i think hes using Minor speed hack

 

Let see; weapon gives -20% CT + Masta/abg wrists give you -8 CT + Scroll gives you a -9% CT + Boon of quickness gives -50%
And all this with a very low ping means that you're epic and does good dmg in a VERY short time.

 

on my asmo sorc + scroll + boost magic + boq ive done glacial and flamespray so the animation looked like it was 1 spell

looked pretty damn cool actually
