    Izarro speaks in Japanese despite English Language Game Settings​
    Bug Description:
    When you talk to Izarro (2nd stable master in Heidel) he talks in what sounds like Japanese.

    My language settings for NPC's is set to English.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Talk to Izarro (go up to him and press "R")​
