JLEANA problem..

ok..so here is my problem... i trade my MASTA WARHAMMER +15 to MASTA SWORD +15 plus MCD shield+15 and LVL 145 stone 10pcs...to a char named Vorianz..as you can see in the pic below...and the worst thing happened...after i relog the MASTA sword was GONE after i relog..i whisper the person that i traded with but turns out the one who reply me is the computer saying that player is not playing..T_T My warhammer was gone..i ask for help from GM drios but i cant open forum it will say its not responding..thats another problem..so i save my SS..the other problem is why cant we open forum.?what seems to be the problem.?i ask help from GM trustfire but he wont reply even a single reply coz GM drios was no longer playing after that...and up till now ive ask help from GM its just now that i got a reply...so anyway here is the SS..can any GM help plz...i think the trade was bugged or the character i traded to was a Dupper...T_T sincerly your's Jleana (templar)

 

and where is the ss, showing he got you'r Warhammer, and u didnt get his items?

 

Take a screenshot that the items you received were really gone .
The screenshot you make should include your warehouse , your inventory and your equipment at the same time , then a senior/head gamemaster will restore your lost items .

ok GM...ill have my SS at my inventory..thats the reason why GM should reply to problems in the game..i ask for there help but they wont reply wat to do...GM tousen i got his items after the trade...but the thing is after i relog the traded item was gone...and he got my warhammer..ill give you the SS later...there is no gamezaion in here where im loging in now coz at the internet cafe that i login where gamez aion can be played is we cant open forum there..i dont know why GM..is it the I.P.?or some missing files.?
