jumbo health potions?

    i was browsing the marketplace last night and noticed a listing for jumbo health potions that restore 400 health per use. some of them even sold through there so they were in the game at one point. how can they be obtained if they're still here? no vender i can find seems to sell them and i can't simple alchemy a regular extra large health potion and google doesn't have any relevant information about them other than they exist.
