Just Account ban not Account + IP?

    MAC Address is unique per machine.

    IP + Account + MAC so makes it unique.

    if IP matches but different account then OK.
    if IP matches + Account match = fail.
    if IP matches + Account match + MAC = fail.
    if IP matches + MAC + different account = OK.

    why don't use only account ban instead of MAC+IP+account? I think it's simplier, but still effective.

    PS. i know what is MAC, and also i know it's not problem to change it

    yeah you can change your mac by changing the hardware :) just to play aion nah. expensive.

    with account still black listed still makes it un usable. the key there is to prevent frequent offenders from playing again.

    they can move from different internet cafes if they want, most of the frequent offenders usually do it but yeah eventually they'll ran out of places to go to.
