Just an idea for Siel's Dupe problems

Well IP ban might work, many internet provider companies dont allow their users to change IP, even if u reset your modem. They will charge you if you want to change it. I know i cant change my IP . And using proxies will just fk up your ms, makes the game almost unplayable. But those that can actually change their IPs, will lose their accounts, making them start fresh, which takes time to get yourself back up on your feet, discouraging them to exploit dupe any further.
