Just coming back and server is not there anymore

I was playing about a year ago I guess and came back in the middle of this year, my job preventing me from playing many hours this year, But I've recently just come back and noticed that I can't access my characters in the NA server anymore, there's no option to go there now, is there a possibility to transfer them over to EU? since that is the only server that I can see that can be accessed and I don't want to start all over again with all the hours I've grinded with my characters.

Well in the Launcher there is an option right on the first screen, right bottom corner, where you are able to choose between NA or EU, so you might want to check to see if you got the right one selected

 

Funny I toggled that earlier and it didn't make a difference, but now I found my characters, that's weird. anyway thanks
