Just curios...

So this is my concern, 3 hours ago when i logged in my character my skills on skill bars were gone and the places that I went already and discovered was already undiscovered. Is this normal or something happened to my char?

 

That always happens when you got DC and you haven't finalize your skills (like, lock the skills bars)
Try to put the skills first, then log-out and voila.

 

I didn't dc I logged out last night. And my char is not new

 

Have you tried checking on your options > quickbars or interface? You might have unchecked some things that may cause that problem.
